Asthma is a chronic bronchial disease which is marked by contraction in airways. Airways are tubes that enhance your breathing and the contraction here results into lesser oxygen supply which stresses tissues and cells inside the body. Its very common disease worldwide but people still are puzzled about the phenomenon when they encounter disease.
Asthma can happen to any human being regardless of age and gender but studies shows that more often this disease is incurred at age as early as 10. Scientist correlates this disease due to causes such as dust, smoking, allergies, hereditary (family history), urban dwellings, pets etc. The causes which stimulate Asthma are known as triggers.
What is Asthma?
Asthma is a disease which affects your breathing system. As already discussed Asthma is chronic bronchial disease that brings inflammation in the wind pipes and thus they get narrowed. This disorder results into troubled air supply and problematic breathing.Trachea (wind pipes) gets narrower due to inflammation and swellings triggers Asthma problems. The situation also leads to excess production of mucus in cells which further blocks the airway. Without doubts as a result air supply gets reduced into lungs that make all the muscles and cells tougher and tighter. Gradually airways get contacted and more inflamed.
Asthma problem severity differs from person to person but an extremity in symptoms results into what is know as Asthma attack. If not immediately handled it may prove as fatal as death of the patient due to lack of oxygen supply in the lungs. Asthma patients are often advised to keep inhaler with them in case of any emergency and predicament that may arise without a notice.

Some of the Asthma symptoms are-Breathiness, coughing, wheezing and unusual sneezing that happens due to lesser supply of oxygen into lungs.Exhaustion, frequent headaches, sleeps disturbances.Itchiness and dryness in throat which leads to poor circulation of air in the bronchitis and lungs, Congestion and tightness in chest, Running nose and thickened or unusual mucous change
