Bronchial asthma originate from affliction of the stomach and the gastro intestinal track. So before the onset of the disease patient complaint of indigestion, constipation on diarrhoea. The attack of asthma can be sudden due to sensitivity of the patient to certain substances like pollen, dust, perfume and certain allergic foods.Asthma causes difficulty in breathing, sense of tightness, constriction around the chest, whistling sound while breathing and difficulty in inspiration and expiration.Bronchial asthma remains a worldwide problem. Up to 7-10% of population in developed countries has asthma. Every 3 minutes 1 patient dies in the world due to asthma. Two thirds of patients with asthma had asthmatic attacks every day.

Despite definite progress in asthma therapy, the real break-throw in asthma treatment is still unreachable. Moreover, in every 10-12 years the number of patients with asthma doubles and reasons of this are not known.

A variety of drugs like aspirin, beta blockers (as beta stimulation dilates airways) like those used to control hypertension, some colouring agents, an assortment of food products like sea food, salads and fresh fruit contain preservatives and other chemicals that cause wheezing. Environmental airborne factors irritate the lining at any time of the day. Smoking is one of the principal irritants.

Treatment for Bronchial Asthma

As such there is no cure for Asthma. But a patient can definitely learn how to manage it.
The first step is to control the environment. Living in an environment which is free from dust, smoke, pets, pollutants and allergens will ensure that the asthma attacks remain in control.
The patient must also wear a mask covering his nose and mouth every time he cleans the home or dusts the furniture.

Considering this, the use of the Frolov’s Respiration Training Device (especially during the disease incipience) can both significantly decrease exacerbation of the disease (bronchospasm, breathlessness and cough) and work for a long term improvement.

At the beginning of the respiration trainings with the Device, your body will experience the following:

Higher negative inhaling pressure dilutes bronchial mucus, clears your bronchi and lungs from mucus and sputum, and improves the patency of bronchial tubes.
Higher exhaling pressure has the bronchodilatory effect, which improves pulmonary ventilation, increases oxygen share in blood, organs and tissues.

Presentation

The history is extremely important as patients may present between acute attacks and so examination and investigation may be completely normal. The paroxysmal nature of the condition is important. Wheezing or ronchi is seen as the cardinal feature but this can be misleading. Breath sounds, heart sounds and heart murmurs are all caused by turbulence in a fluid (liquid or gas) medium. If there is no turbulence there is no sound. Laminar flow is silent. Hence mild asthma may be just a cough and severe asthma can be life-threatening and too tight to wheeze.
